I came to yoga at 40, a point in life where I felt unfulfilled and disconnected. I was running a business, juggling family life, and carrying a lot, but something essential felt missing. Yoga gave me a way to reconnect, not just through movement and breath, but through perspective.

It was the philosophy of yoga that really shifted things for me. It offered a wider view: one that helped me to make sense of patterns and stuck points in my life. Yoga gave me a more spacious way to meet them.

Today I am a Senior Teacher with the Independent Yoga Network, with over 1,500 hours of training at Yogasara Bristol under Yoga Elders Christopher Gladwell and Sarah Harlow. My teaching is steady, accessible, and rooted in real life. My classes are designed to support people as they reconnect with themselves in in a way that’s supportive, manageable, and rooted in everyday life.

A course that’s stood the test of time

Yoga for Beginners – running since 2015

This 6-week course was created to offer people a structured, steady introduction to yoga — and it’s been running ever since. Over the years, it’s supported hundreds of students, some of whom have gone on to become teachers themselves.

We explore movement, breathwork, meditation and practical yoga philosophy, with a specific focus each cycle — for example, Sun Salutations or Standing Postures.

One to One Yoga

Personalised yoga sessions designed around your body, your pace, and your needs. Whether you’re recovering from illness or stress, working with injuries, or just want a deeper dive into your own practice, these sessions offer a tailored, steady approach.

Workplace Yoga & Staff Wellbeing

I offer bespoke in-house yoga and embodied wellbeing sessions for organisations, including one-off staff wellbeing days or regular classes. These sessions are tailored to the needs of your team, with a focus on reducing stress, supporting focus, and encouraging a healthier relationship with work and the body.
