Constellations
Looking beneath the surface
Some patterns don’t shift through insight alone. They repeat, weigh heavily, or feel out of proportion - even when you understand them. Family Constellations is a way of looking at what sits underneath: the wider systems, loyalties and inherited dynamics that quietly shape how we live, relate, and carry responsibility.
This work helps make visible what hasn’t been seen or spoken: not through analysis, but through embodied experience. When something is seen clearly in this way, it can begin to shift. What felt entangled can start to loosen. What isn’t yours can begin to be put down.
I offer this work through 1:1 sessions, couples work, group workshops, and training.
Group Workshops
Group constellations allow you to work on personal issues in a held, collective space — or to attend as a representative and take part in the process without being ‘in the middle’. These workshops include gentle embodied exercises, systemic theory, and live constellation work.

One to One Sessions
A private, spacious way to explore what you’re carrying, whether it relates to family, relationships, belonging, or work. These sessions are collaborative and grounded. We use simple constellating tools (objects, visualisation, movement) to map out what’s at play and where there might be room for something to shift.
Online or in-person (in or around Bristol)
60 or 90 minutes
Book as a single session or ongoing support
Couples Sessions
Systemic work can help couples (or co-parents) move beyond looping conversations and understand what's really going on in the dynamic. This isn’t therapy — it's a space to see things more clearly, shift stuck patterns, and reorient towards connection and choice.
In-person in or around Bristol
90-minute or half-day sessions available
LGBTQ+ inclusive and welcoming of all relationship configurations
Themed Events
I also run occasional workshops with a particular theme including
Couples & Intimate Systems
Mothers & Lineage
The Unacknowledged Child
These are often co-facilitated and open to all, with a gentle and inclusive approach. Keep an eye on the events page or mailing list for current offerings.
Introduction to Constellations with Jamie Colston
These one-day workshops are a great place to start. Co-facilitated with Jamie Colston, they offer a practical, embodied introduction to systemic constellations. We explore the principles of the work, engage in group exercises, and facilitate live constellations in a steady, supportive space.
No need to bring a personal issue
Ideal for professionals and the constellation-curious
2025 dates: Friday 13 June, Saturday 27 September, Friday 28 November

Facilitator Training & Mentoring
Occasionally I offer CPD days or mentoring for coaches, therapists, and facilitators who want to bring a systemic lens into their work. Please get in touch for upcoming opportunities.
