This session introduces the method, then moves into guided group exercises and a short live constellation.
A practical, experiential way to explore how family, culture and migration shape our lives.

DIASPORA! is an arts festival for Bristol and the South West, presented by
Diverse Artists Network. Taking place 1–11 May 2026, it will showcase and
celebrate the incredible talent within the region’s underrepresented cultural
communities.

We’ll be working together in a shared field and even across zoom the experience is tangible and connected.

We will hold two constellations
– Everyone present will be invited to take part in some way
– Anyone who feels ready can put their name forward to bring an issue

People often expect bringing their own issue to be most impactful, but representing or simply witnessing can be just as powerful.

This workshop is in collaboration with the Psychedelic Society

This workshop offers time and space to explore yoga from the ground up.

With a particular focus on standing postures and balance, including
Warrior I, II, III & IV, and a small number of balance poses.

These workshops are design as stand alone or as an accompaniment to the Yoga Foundations 6 week course

Bi-monthly Saturday Morning Circle

A grounded, supportive constellation circle offering space to explore family patterns, relationships, and inherited dynamics through embodied, systemic work. Suitable for those new to constellations as well as those wishing to attend regularly.

You don’t need any experience — all bodies are welcome. This isn’t about bending into shapes, but about finding steadiness, boundaries, and resilience that support everyday life.
