Set within Emma Talbot’s exhibition Everything is Energy, this session invites participants to slow down and experience the work of Family Constellations first-hand.

Katie will introduce the principles behind constellation work and guide a participatory exploration to show how energy, emotion, and belonging flow through human systems — much like they do through nature and art.

This 6-week course offers a gentle, accessible introduction to yoga. Together we’ll explore the four pillars of yoga:
Breathwork
Meditation
Asana (movement)
Philosophy

You don’t need any experience — all bodies are welcome. This isn’t about bending into shapes, but about finding steadiness, boundaries, and resilience that support everyday life.

An experiential introduction to Systemic Constellations, exploring how patterns are shaped by the systems we belong to, including family, relationships, culture, and collective history. Guided exercises and a live demonstration invite participants to experience the work directly.

A grounded, supportive constellation circle offering space to explore family patterns, relationships, and inherited dynamics through embodied, systemic work. Suitable for those new to constellations as well as those wishing to attend regularly.
