This 6-week course is designed for beginners and returning students.

The course runs in repeating 6-week cycles, alternating between:

Standing postures, Warriors and balances and the postures that make up the Sun Salutation sequence

Each class includes guided meditation, breathwork, asana and yoga philosophy.

The September cycle focuses on standing postures, Warriors and balances, exploring strength, steadiness, alignment and stability in the body.

You can begin with either cycle, then return to keep building your understanding and practice.

There are patterns in our personal and professional lives that don’t always begin with us.

When a tree is struggling, we don’t look only at one damaged leaf. We consider its roots, the soil, the weather and everything around it.

Two Constellations per session > Everyone takes part either as Represetative or Witness

An in-depth, immersive day of constellation work exploring family patterns, relationships, and inherited dynamics through embodied participation in a carefully held group.

Limited Guaranteed Issue Holder tickets.
All other ticket holders have option to put their name forward for constellation & names will be chosen at random.

We expect to hold 5-6 constellations during the day
Taking part is always optional - you can attend as a Witness to the process

This day can be attended on its own or combined with the Introduction to Systemic Constellations training as a two-day experience in Bristol.

Bi-monthly Saturday Morning Circle

A grounded, supportive constellation circle offering space to explore family patterns, relationships, and inherited dynamics through embodied, systemic work. Suitable for those new to constellations as well as those wishing to attend regularly.

5 October 2026 to 8 March 2027
Mondays 7-9pm

First session 5th October - 6.30-9.30pm

A small, closed group of five to six people meeting online once a month for 6 months

Each participant will be offered one personal constellation during the six months.

Why a closed circle?

Unlike an open workshop, the same five or six people return each month.

In my experience, this can allow us to go deeper. We return. We show up again. We notice what continues to move, settle or become clearer between sessions.
