Asana (movement)

You don’t need any experience — all bodies are welcome. This isn’t about bending into shapes, but about finding steadiness, boundaries, and resilience that support everyday life.

A grounded, experiential introduction to systemic constellations, exploring how hidden patterns shape relationships, family life, and work. Suitable for personal exploration and professional development.
