Develop Stability, Strength and Openness

I use the practice of yoga as a physical map to guide you to become more grounded, resourced and solid.

By supporting you to develop your personal practice, you learn to develop your own inner capacity to deal with what is present and what comes towards you in life.

You create more stability, strength and movement on all levels: physical, emotional, mental and energetic.

You learn to open your breath and body to the present moment, to become more comfortable with the uncomfortable.

You expand your capacity to hold more: more perspectives, more experiences, more challenges and more compassion.

My training is rooted in the Hatha Tantra traditions and as a 1000-hour qualified teacher with the Independent Yoga Network (IYN).

I offer private 1-2-1 yoga sessions in Bristol - both in-person and online - where we can really focus on your individual needs. Or you can join one of my yoga classes, 6-week yoga for beginners course, yoga workshops in Bristol or yoga retreats.
