Katie Despres is a Systemic Constellations facilitator, Wellbeing Coach and Yoga Teacher based in Bristol, UK.

She is known for combining an accessible, no-nonsense and down-to-earth approach, with intuitive and transpersonal skills developed over 10 years of experience and expertise in the fields of coaching, yoga and personal transformation.

Through constellation therapy, coaching and yoga, she guides people to let go of old beliefs and conditioning so that they can be in touch with their reality and feel empowered, clear and energised.

A mum of 3, Katie draws on her own unique life experience and struggle with relationships to support people to find release from stories, emotions and behaviours that do not serve them, reconnect with their bodies and intuition, and experience the best of what life has to offer.

She is a member of the Complementary Medical Association (CMA), International Systemic Constellations Association (ISCA) and the Independent Yoga Network (IYN).

Katie’s Story

“After a successful corporate career in recruitment and headhunting managing large teams and supporting people to change their lives, I found myself at the age of 40 feeling purposeless, restless and lacking the capacity to navigate life.

I knew I needed to make a big change in my life and start doing things differently. I had already trained as a life coach but was finding the methods and goal-setting practices somewhat soul-less and empty.

That’s when I first discovered yoga, which completely changed me. I learned how to breathe for the first time and how to view life from new perspectives. My life began to make more sense! 

As I deepened my practice and started my training as a yoga teacher, I discovered transpersonal coaching and systemic constellations work and more pieces began to fall into place.

I started to work through many uncomfortable and painful layers which arose along the way, and I went from being directionless and exhausted to finding deeper inner strength, resources and clarity. And I realised in doing so that this was where I wanted to take my life: helping others do the same.
